I’m located in the heart of Downtown Seattle and currently have daytime, evening and weekend appointments available. I am psychodynamically trained, and utilize CBT, DBT and mindfulness in my practice. I have extensive training and experience working with trauma. I believe in tailoring therapy to best meet your needs and goals. I specialize in treating adults with childhood trauma, anxiety disorders, perfectionism, co-dependency, relationship issues and caregiver stress.
